I really hardly ever check this site anymore.
I spend all my time on Myspace. I've started a blog series over at that page.

Oh, and "Hi" Alicia! It was fun playing Rock Band with you last night.

Well, we bought the house and have worked pretty hard on making it look how we want it. We really have a lot more stuff to do on the house, but we've gotten a lot done.
Both our parents came out and helped us with some remodeling and moving in. Very awesome of them!

I'm so bored with xanga now. Sad.

Today is my nephew's (Troy) birthday. He is 4 years old today, but I couldn't go back out to Colorado for it.

We close on a house in less than 2 weeks.

We're driving to Wheeling, WV this weekend.

Nothing else going on. But really, buying a house is a big deal, so there are still big things going on. It's quality, not quantity in my life right now.

Dana and I went to Colorado last week for my niece Haley's 7th birthday. Also, to hang out, since we haven't seen my sister and her kids since our wedding last August.
The trip was fun, but exhausting. I don't really think we sat down to rest unless we were going to bed right that minute.
It was good to see the family, though.
But I'm glad to be back home where things are more familiar, and we have our routines.

I've always referred to CO as my home, but going back there made me realise that WV is truly my home now. This is where I'm most comfortable and happy.

Dana and I celebrated our 9 month anniversary not too long ago. Well, we didn't really celebrate it, as much as we just realised that it had been 9 months since we got married. Then told eachother "Happy Anniversary!" and kissed in the middle of JC Penny, while shopping with our friends Lisa and Leslie.

We are house hunting right now, which is really a game of wait and see. There are some slim pickings around here. So, we're just waiting for that perfect house to jump out at us. I know it won't really be perfect, but it will be perfect for us. We wouldn't mind a fixer-upper either. We kind of want that, actually.

Anyway, the only other big news I know of is that my sister is pregnant....again. This will be baby #4 for her and my brother-in-law, Danny. This pregnancy is a surprise, since Danny had a vasectomy over a year ago. So here's a word to the wise, go to the follow-up appointment after you've had a vasectomy to see if the procedure took. Danny didn't do this, and now we see what happens.

It's not bad news though. I love my neices and nephew, and big families are fun. I say, the more, the merrier.

That's all.
